Welcome to my website!  My contact information is here as well as information on the work I’m doing on behalf of the 6th Legislative District.

It is truly an honor to serve the families, communities and individual citizens of our region.  I have met so many of you already and am looking forward to hearing from more of you as we strive to bring common-sense solutions to the problems facing all Washingtonians.

As many of you know, I am not a career politician. I’m a former small business owner, a Veteran, a mother, and a wife. And, I’m a tireless advocate for victims of crime and abuse.

Now, as your state representative in Olympia, it is my job to listen to you, to work on your behalf and to represent our shared values.  Please feel free to contact me at any time with your questions or concerns about state government or issues we’re facing in Olympia.  I hope to hear from you soon!

My Priorities

Keeping our families, communities, and schools safe

Failed legislative efforts at police reform have made our communities, families, and schools less safe. We need to address violent crime and give our law enforcement officers the tools and certainty they need to protect us. I am not willing to sacrifice the safety of our children for political correctness! I was part of our Safe Washington Plan that put victims and public safety first.

Restoring balance to the criminal justice system by holding criminals accountable and recognizing victims' rights

The pendulum of favoring criminals over their victims in our justice system has gone too far. We need to restore balance. I'm working to hold criminals accountable, give voice to victims, and protect our children, families, and communities from continued predation from violent repeat offenders.

The goal is to reunite and bring trust back between parents and teachers

I believe transparency is crucial to ensuring trust in our K-12 education system. Parents deserve a say in their children’s education and have a right to know what is being taught in the classroom. They also deserve the financial and educational flexibility necessary for school choice to become a reality.
