Rep. Graham tells KVI the state justice system has forgotten about crime victims

Rep. Jenny Graham, R-Spokane, talks to KVI's Ari Hoffman about her legislation providing legal representation to crime victims who cannot afford it. Graham said the proposal, House Bill 1573, is a response to some of the legislation offered by Democrats this year granting greater freedoms and privileges to felons and murderers.
